The Positive Energy Tour was launched in 2006 at the Davis Turkey Trot. Since then, it has grown to include other running events for kids, and even a kid's triathlon. The Positive Energy Tour strives to make exercise Fun and Safe for kids, and encourage them to make it a part of their everyday lifestyle. In 2008, the Positive Energy Kids Triathlon will be expanding to numerous cities throughout California. Funding will be available for youth to participate in the event if they are financially underserved.
